" . . . scientists make the claim based on the way other far-flung objects are seen to move. But if proven, the putative planet** would have 10 times the mass of Earth." But then I guess if it were smaller than 'the mass of Earth' it wouldn't be news at all; something's always got to be 'the biggest/oldest/furthest/any superlative you want to come up with otherwise the charlat . . oops, I mean otherwise the 'cosmologists' won't get excited about it. ** 'putative planet' what a clever alliteration? How much longer will they get away with regurgitating this kind of patronising drivel! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-35365323
No, I can't be bothered; I've talked about this kind of crap enough on the Moon Landing forum, and found that trying to open closed minds made my BP hit the roof!!
How do I know that? Well, allegedly Planet X has a 20,000 year orbit and we can't even see the (*)(*)(*)(*)ing thing because allegedly it's behind the Sun. Do you know what that means?
What do you mean 'allegedly' and 'allegedly'? Does it have a 20,000 year orbit or doesn't it? Is it behind the Sun or isn't it? Anyway who [/]alledges it? (I've a feeling I'm gonna regret asking that!)
It means even if the "object" is on an elliptical orbit....... It means you're wrong - pretty much.. Look, it would take thousands of years for that planet to even come close to Earth.... Do you have any idea how big the Sun is? Take a basketball and put a pea next to it and that would be Planet X, just put it 5 miles away.
You sound more as if you're trying to convince yourself rather than convince me? And you still haven't told me where you get your information from, nor if it is unbiased, tangible, and provable.
Well it's pretty much called an education and an understanding of known physics.... Don't get me wrong, I believe in aliens and all of that but Planet X? I'll bet you dollars for sense that X moves as fast as its mass allows it.
