I hated Nixon and voted against him. I talked to people then from Arkansas who told me not to vote for Bill Clinton. Clinton was not convicted. But he definitely was guilty. But he still kept his job to the end of his final term. I hate Adam Schiff who is a fellow Californian as much as I hated Richard Nixon also from California.

Babbling you ask? You proved Trump has no conflicts of interest over his wealth or positions. Thank you of course.

^^^^^ your own link says this.

President Trump says he has resigned from positions in hundreds of business entities, according to a document provided to CNN by the Trump Organization.
The text of the 19-page letter reads: "I, Donald J. Trump, hereby resign from each and every office and position I hold" in more than 400 entities listed on the following pages.

The letter is signed by Trump and dated January 19, the day before he was sworn in.

White House press secretary Sean Spicer told reporters Monday that Trump's two adult sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, are "fully in charge of the company."

At a press conference January 11, Trump pledged to transfer his business holdings to a trust run by the sons. He refused to sell his ownership stake, a step that many ethics lawyers say is critical to avoid conflicts of interest.

Related: Trump will leave business, but won't sell

Alan Garten, a lawyer for the Trump Organization, told CNN on Monday that the trust has been set up.

In addition, he said that the organization has appointed an ethics adviser and a chief compliance officer, fulfilling two other promises from Trump's pre-inauguration press conference.

Garten did not release their names but said more information would come later this week.

A lawyer for Trump, Sheri Dillon, said on January 11 that the chief compliance officer would ensure that the Trump businesses do not take "any actions that could be perceived as exploiting the office of the presidency.

She said the ethics adviser would analyze Trump Organization deals for potential conflicts of interest.

Here is a great question to show the crap Democrats are pulling.

Great: Do you beat your mother or wife?

Lousy question. Do you STILL beat your mother or wife?

The last is how Democrats phrase things.

By January, when the Democrats simply can't convict Trump, I will laugh hard. Will you laugh with me?

It appears he broke the law. Do you feel he is above the law?

Obstruction of Justice, to choose the one they seem to have most evidence for.

Don't think he did...I believe he was disbarred for lying to a Grand Jury, wasn't he? Besides, Clinton is irrelevant. The question at hand is did Trump break the law? Here's the time line:
July 18th, 2019 - Trump orders Ukrainian aid suspended.
July 25th, 2019 - Trump speaks with Zelanskiy by phone.
    August 12th, 2019 - Whistleblower files complaint.
September 12th, 2019 - Trump releases Ukrainian aid.
September 25, 2019 - White House releases transcript of tel-con.
September 25, 2019 - Trump forgoes requested meeting with Erdogan, President of Turkey, at U.S. to meet with Zelanskiy.
Two and a half months of suspended aid to Ukraine without notifying Congress, by law.

The crime lies in his failure to notify Congress of his suspension of the aid, for two and a half months. And, releasing the aid only AFTER being exposed by the Whistleblower.

Would you mind showing us the actual law you claim was broken? It must be in the criminal code.

The Justice involved in Trump's obstruction of the investigation into the Obstruction of the investigation into the Russian election irregularities. That no such obstructions were found that were provable is irrelevant. The government does not need be investigating an actual crime to in order to claim that an investigation has been obstructed.

The most evidence? Not sufficient evidence, just 'the most'.

I am going by the testimony of Laura Cooper, who is the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia. She testified there were two ways Trump could have stopped the aid: A Presidential Rescission Order or a DoD Reprogramming Action. Both required the notification of Congress. None was given.
You think maybe they just forgot? As for the exact statute, find it yourself, or wait for Schiff to find it.
