Why don't we ask the the person Biden threatened regarding the dismissal of the Prosecutor? Was the funding withheld? And, this was before the Trump policy shift toward Putin and Russia, so I suspect if Ukraine refused to dismiss the prosecutor, the Obama administration could have obtained a resolution from Congress. Fact is, they didn't have to, the prosecutor was fired within hours, followed up by Ukrainian Parliament voting to support the firing.
