And yet, you guys do not want "interpretation" of said bill. I am using a vis a vis approach. If it does not say it in the bill, then the intent is not there, PERIOD. That's my points #1, #2, AND #3.

 

You are misinterpreting on purpose, there is no reason to believe that you cannot speak about racism lol. You simply can’t teach people to be racist. You are wrong.
