Novavax vaccine wins emergency approval from W.H.O.

    ~ NovaVax announced that it has completed the submission of the final data package — including the complete chemistry , manufacturing and controls data module — with the FDA for its protein-based COVID-19 vaccine. The CMC submission is a prerequisite for the filing of emergency use authorization with the FDA.
    NovaVax [ NVX-CoV2373 ] has already received approval for emergency use in multiple countries outside the United States. NovaVax is currently marketing two versions of NVX-CoV2373 — one marketed in partnership with the Serum Institute of India (SII) under the trade name Covovax and another version produced by NVAX that is marketed under the trade name Nuvaxovid.

    NovaVax could soon be approved in several countries ​

    ~ The vaccine could soon be in high demand. Novavax's vaccine is protein based, using an alternative technology to the more widespread mRNA vaccines. Skeptics leery of the mRNA technology may be inclined to get the Novavax version, which also has been seen to present fewer adverse side effects than other vaccines.
    The company expects feedback from American regulators in February.

    Are those three barrels the first two doses + the booster?

    I haven't received the booster btw because I got mild Omicron after the two doses and so I figure I'm fine and don't bloody need it. And for those of you doctors that say mild cases may possibly lead to sequelae and complications long term, does that apply to the vaccinated who get mild cases as many do too?

    Mental gymnastics incoming I'm going to guess...
