    He means that's where the people who founded the country came from. US wouldn't be what it is without European derived people and their way of life.

    Generally I agree with you that most Europeans in Europe today are pathetic.

    I was using them as an example. The Japanese are almost as bad as Europeans...they can't even maintain their birth rate.

    Europe is hardly irrelevant to Americans........America is but an extension of Europe......as is Australia, New Zealand and what's left of White South Africa. I have more in common with the average New Zealander than I do with a ghetto black from south Atlanta....the city I live in.

    OMG. Seriously? Most white Americans can trace roots to Europe. But we left cuz Europe failed to meet our expectations. Michael Jackson, Madonna, Lynard Skynard, Ray Charles, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Stapleton, Prince,Taylor Swift, KISS...my list includes various races who are world renowned music superstars.
    Monty Python? See, that is why Europeans are a joke. I bet you can list 15 American movies in 20 seconds the world knows. Gone with the Wind, Forrest Gump, Jurrasic Park, Indiana Jones, Halloween, etc...
    And lawd, your technology and medicine and communications are about 15-20 years behind us. Keep trying though. Quit obsessing over US and obsess about bettering your own accomplishments. You are profoundly insignificant to US because we are most concerned with being the best. We have absolutely no reason to mimic or idealize any other country. We built the best from scratch with our own ideas and ingenuity. We have never aspired to be like anyone else.

    All humans trace back to common roots.
    Europeans are obsessively jealous of Americans. We have outdone them on every level in a fraction of the time. It is sad that they think Americans ever even think of them...We are too busy inventing, creating, strategizing, working hard, and being the best. They would be better served doing the same.
