I hadn't thought about that. I'm undecided about whether to put American leftists into concentration camps or death camps. Decisions, decisions. What to do? :)

Obama's foreign policy is mediocre at best. The United States needs an entirely new approach to foreign policy. We need to abandon the interventionist mentality.

    You are indeed correct, diplomat.

Did you read today where Iran has now accused us of assassinating one of their nuclear scientists? The guy and his bodyguard were blown up and killed by a car bomb!

If this is true, Barack Obama has become a person who today is completely different from the person he was when he ran for office three years ago!

Thanks to Obama we no longer pay the blackmail that we must stay in Iraq forever to prevent the inevitable civil war.

What's that we need to save the day? No! We've been in Iraq almost half-a-generation? You war hawks are all old people trying to bring up your children to fight your failed wars -- children who weren't alive to see the beginning of your wars.

Can you imagine fighting a 100s year war? One where no one was alive to see the start, or care about why they are at war? Looks like that is where the future of war is going... no more of those insta-victory wars that modern warfare tech promised us back in WW2.

Funny, James. Don't you want whoever the Republican nominee is, if elected, to take up military action against Iran? <<< Mod Edit: Insult >>>
Should the Republican President take an interventionist approach by bombing Iran's nuclear facilities to the ground?

    This report was very revealing!

If it is true, Barack Obama has become a person who today is completely different from the person he was when he ran for office three years ago!

The foreign policy of Barack Obama has now become indistinguishable from the earlier foreign policy of George Bush!

I REALLY hope that either the US or Israel is behind the assassinations of Irans nuclear scientists. I would LOVE to hear Obama grab his balls and go on TV and flat out tell Iran the deal.

"We are killing your scientists one by one, we will continue to do so. You obviously can do nothing about it, stop your nuclear program or this will continue. If you consider this an act of war then war it shall be, but before you make that decision please study world history and our engagements with Iraq in 1991, your options are crystal clear, stop your nuclear program or die, we both know that you cannot win a war against the United States of America, and quite frankly we are sick of you believing that you even remotely stand a chance. As of this moment we are completely ignoring world opinion, our gloves are coming off and you will experience the full power of the United States Armed Forces, and there is literally no nation on this planet that can save you."

    I would cream my pants.

I don't support Obama's use of violence any where in the world. He's illegitimate. He and his supporters are the real enemy, not remote foreigners.

    You are very correct, Smartmouthwoman.

The Europeans love Obama's socialist economic policies!

They want us to become just like them!

High taxes, high debt, six weeks of paid vacations for people who actually have a job and work and free socialized healthcare for everyone!

Actually, Obama has fostered the overseas sale of US oil services companies (all kinds) of equipment, goods and services.. He's opened up trade in the Pacific.. helped NATO get rid of Khadafi without any American casualties, and issued 60 new deepwater drilling rig permits in the Gulf of Mexico.

Plus, he reduced the number of troops in Iraq, and is calming the situation with Iran..

    What have YOU done James?

It would only be judged a failure if you were foolish enough to think President Obama's goals coincide, ever, with the goals of the U.S. or the interest of the citizens of the U.S.

One must wonder if like the Shia/Sunni divide that exists in the Mid-East and that is so extreme that it will never heal, isn't similar to the liberal / conservative divide that now exists here in the U.S.? Or the 'class warfare' created by Obama to further his political ambitions and 'elevate' himself in history to the level of Marx Engels and Lenin. What better stature for a Marxist Law Professor than to be placed in such elite company.

Republicans are so partisan that they now think ending the war in Iraq, killing Bin Laden, Killing more Al-Qaeda members/leaders in 2 years then Bush did in 6, and removing a brutal dictator form Libya without losing a single American life are all failures

How did Obama lose Iraq? That war was unwinnable just like the other Islam nation building wars. These places are in turmoil and the only way to fix that would be to stay there forever or start over with a clean slate. If we left Iraq in 2020 then it would revert back to the same chaos as its in right now. The answer is simple. Terrorists can out wait us, and they know it. They know that ONE day, whether its tomorrow or 50 years from now, we will eventually leave. They know America won't stay there forever.

Clandestine warfare is exactly what is needed for these types of conflicts. Conventional armies weren't designed to fight guerrilla warfare. I actually applaud Obama for what he is doing in Iran (if in fact it is the US knocking off their scientists). This is what should have been done in Afghanistan, covert ops. Find out who the leaders are, send in spies or special ops and kill them.
For these wars it's one of two choices, either take the gloves off and send in the conventional troops with no mercy, or do it secretly. But sending in regular troops by the hundreds of thousands to fight people you can't even see is stupid and isn't working. Just look at how well Iraq and Afghanistan are doing.

Now his policy of being nice to our enemies is stupid. I agree there, our enemies are laughing at us because of him. Of course his foreign policy rating is high, that's like having a kid and you let him do whatever he wants whenever he wants no matter what it is then asking him if he likes his parents or not. Although you are a horrible parent your kid thinks your awesome.

Obama is a pretender. He has no original ideas that the people of this country will embrace, so he gloms onto what was done in the previous administration in the hopes no one will notice.

    Pathetic.

Why would we want Nazism revived? That's a left-wing ideology.
