You're trying to argue that unemployment is worse now than in the GD?

Maybe others are persuaded by your arguments.

    Apparently...

And perhaps...because I'm not American...I simply cannot fathom a public that will shoot itself in the collective foot...simply because the idea wasn't theirs.

LOOK AT THE BILL! Hell its YOUR BILL! The only thing in there...as far as I know...that is Obama's, is the tax on the wealthy. A tax...BTW...that most wealthy people would support.

IMO, the bottom line is, you people make so much noise and say such shocking things...that the Democrats just caved in.

And THAT'S why I think they should lose the next election.

    But mark these words...

IF a Republican gains the White House...you will see the exact same bill again. And you will support it.

2/3's said no or they had no opinion, only 30% support passage.

"When asked simply if Congress should pass the legislation or not, 30 percent of respondents answer yes, while 22 percent say no; 44 percent have no opinion. "

It only got the support you claim when the pollsters framed the question favorable to the plan and included the baseless "fair share" propaganda.

No I am correctly stating it, this is the worst record on unemployment since it has been officially measured.

The first segment of his jobs bill will fails as it helps Government workers who received the bulk of the help from the last stimulus. There will be few yes votes for anything but helping the beleaguered private sector. Government workers unemployment is all of 4.7%, boo hoo poor babies.

    You are correct, Professor Peabody.

The states are responsible for employing teachers, not the federaql government! Obama has lost his mind!

    you are correct, Brewskier.

Obama announced today he was going to use executive orders to implement his student loan forgiveness program.

I wish someone would give me some "free" money! I had to pay off all my student loans!

    You are correct, flounder.

Obama's latest plan to help people who are upside down with the value of their homes will also be a big flop.

His plan will not benefit that many people
