Biden is NOT part of an OFFICIAL transition team, he is strictly a private citizen. At least with Trump and Flynn they WERE and OFFICIAL transition team. So if the Dems wanted to use the Logan Act against Trump and Flynn why shouldn't it be used on Biden?
