The ratings system will be determined by such things as tuition prices, graduation rates, and employment after graduation. The lower colleges score on this ratings system, the less federal funds will flow into the said university. I'm guessing here that graduation rates will skyrocket. Call me crazy.

As a senior citizen who's gone back to college...this has me scared! I attended a local Community College and I'm afraid that with Obumble's plans...there won't be any more Community Colleges as the larger State Colleges will have met all the goals. That said ......as someone who absolutely cannot pass Algebra (going into my 6th semester)...I was glad to hear yesterday (first day of school) that the passing grade for Algebra is now a 60 instead of 75 and that Calculators are being allowed! Don't know if Obumble is to be credited with that...but if he is...I'll give him a teeny tiny bit of credit.
Obama lives in the real world alright. He knows that people are controlled with money, so he is doing the same with colleges. Pretty soon we will all be rated by him. I can envision one day the emperor giving the thumbs up or down to rate each one of us and it will determine if we eat or not.
