So you should be applauding the media for making Libs look bad. But daily, and I'm not saying you, every day cons are on these forums crying about the media. Why do cons cry about something that is making the Libs look bad?

I think it was Walter Mondale who admitted during the campaign that he would raise taxes. Bush Sr. beat him of course, promising he would not raise taxes.

When Bush did raise taxes people were shocked.

I've always found statements assigning "what the voters were thinking", that is, the reason the vote went the way it did, to be nothing but speculation.

 

Enjoy her popularity. She’s a front and center of the Democrat Party and whatever she says is the reflection of whatever mainstream Democrats think. Pelosi no longer runs Democrat Party, schmuck Cortez does.

For a long time I thought Congressman Hank Johnson was the smartest Democrat in the house; now I think, Cortez is smarter than him. And surely, more entertaining.
