Dirt simple. If you can answer WHY a well-known black celebrity feels threatened by other blacks walking behind him and safer around whites, then you'll also have the answer as to why blacks feel harassed by police. It's the same answer.

I don't find it difficult to believe at all. What I do believe is that there are a lot of people who don't give a flip because it secretly pleases them to see black victims whether they realize their racism or not. They look for a would have could have should have to process these stories in the narrowest possible way to avoid considering for a moment things like the overpolicing of black communities hurts, not helps them in terms of fighting crime, that turning our schools into prisons so the parents feel that their kids are safe makes kids feel like they are in prison, etc.

I agree 100% but it will be the ACLU that puts a stop to it. Once the Cop Cam's show just how badly the arrestees act on a regular basis, there is no doubt in my mind they will have a problem with the recordings and demand they stop as an invasion of privacy.

 

Good question. Yeh. I had too many conversations on this problem to start it again but I really believe that racism still exists in America. Whites hold blacks in contempt, blacks believe that whites have to pay back for 400 years of slavery. And it seems that it will never stop.

So one of those boys could have had kids in the early 1900s. His kids could have had children in the 1940s or later and they could be alive today. So such a person's grandparents could have in fact came to America against their will in chains.

You do realize that black Americans are part white European as well as part African. So maybe they might want to go to Ireland, Scotland, England, France, Spain, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands or some other European country where they have ancestral links to. Even Jackie Kennedy and J. Edgar Hoover were black.

Since you don't know the person's ancestry I showed how it is feasible for his grandparents to have ended up in America in chains against their will. I'm not saying that he has any link to the people in the article. But I am saying that someone alive today does have a link to them. So yes, someone's grandparents did come to America in chains in a slave ship against their will. And if the South had won the Civil War a lot more people's grandparents would have came to America in chains on slave ships.

And it is that very fact which today contributes to the NYC white cops' racist attitudes toward black cops. The white cops think that they are members of the Slave Patrol hunting down runaway slaves so when they see black men out and about, especially at night, they don't even stop to consider that they might be off duty black cops. All they see is runaway slaves that need to be beaten into submission.
