    Yup, so many of their arguments not only have no merit but they can't seem to back it up when anyone questions it..... :)

    What else can it be? A fish? A bird? Every state has laws that protect the unborn, soon that body of laws will supersede your side's murderous infanticidal intent...

    No matter what anyone calls it, a fetus is not a legal person.

    It does have some protections but it has no rights.
