    yes, Trump advertised the current rules to the world, now they know and are following them thanks to Trump

    we both agree we need congress to change the rules.... but good luck with Trump getting that done

    Trump is incapable of working in a bipartisan manner, thus nothing will get done

    the left and the right want Trump to tell people exactly what kinda deal he would agree to, then they can deal, course even when Trump does that he breaks his word days later, that is why even republicans in congress do not trust him

    If you're talking about farm subsidies it was way more than $10bn. But no one cares. Trump has a lot of tariff revenue to spread around. Dell & Hewlett Packard are shifting production from China to Taiwan to avoid Trump's tariffs. Xi Pings economy is taking a hit and that's why Xi Ping is kissing Trump's ass.

    I love farmers ... he should give them another $10bn because of the flooding. See ... 25% of $300bn = $75bn ... plenty of money to go around. The US and Taiwan are working on a free trade agreement, and that makes Dell & HP's shift doubly painful for Xi Ping. Taiwan buys US military hardware and holds live fire drills simulating military defense against Chinese invasion.
