Can you cite that proof that a man and woman, hired on the same day, for the same job, with the exact qualifications will be hired at two different pay rates? I am really interested to see. I've never experienced it in my entire working life. (I'm a woman.) I make approximately the same as everyone else in my company with the same skill set. Adjusted, obviously, for length of time at the job, which is a HUGE reason mothers who stayed home to raise children tend to not be paid as much when they re-enter the work force.

women have more rights and noncompetitive advantage in form of unconstitutional Affirmative Actions laws.
That essentially means they have highers salaries for the same jobs.

What do Swaziland,Lesotho,Papua New Guinea and the USA have in common???They are the four countries who do not offer females PAID MATERNITY LEAVE!!Only five of our fifty states offer family leave programs New Jersey,California,Rhode Island New York and Washington so that family leave is available to only 15% of our total workforce in the USA.Not only do we have lousy healthcare in the USA we also have lousy fringe benefits.
