    verb
past tense: obtained; past participle: obtained

Turns out courts need something more than just bad sophistry. Might want to work on that.

Recounting illegal votes only gives you more illegal votes. Investigating how those illegal votes were obtained is the only way to uncover the fraud. Do I have to spell it out for the both of you?

Except he started complaining about the legality of the election several months before it occurred.

And now his USSC told him to leave public office. He has no case.

And I'm sure your evidence is coming any day now. Check is in the mail, right?

What you need to spell out is evidence. Do you need me to write that phonetically or something?

WTF? He was complaining about fraud before the election even happened!

He was laying the groundwork for his gullible supporters to believe his lies.

The voting machines used in the 2020 Election were hackable, as they were all linked to the Internet.

New fraud claims are coming. Martians used mind control to get Trump voters to unwittingly to vote for Biden. 81 million of them

    Exactly.

And the entire SCOTUS including the 3 Trump Appointees plus Alito and Thomas are Deep State Plants.

The DNC filed 22 ethics violations against her in less than a month. because they knew she couldn't afford the defense.

At the time, Alaska had a state law that said that a public official could not use state money in a legal defense. All that Governor Palin had at the time was her $175K per year governor’s salary to fight those 22 multi-million dollar frivolous lawsuits in court. Of course, after she stepped down, only then was that law rescinded. Go figure.

Correct, they were the only state to have that rule and the DNC used it to file bogus suits against her.

What crap. Very poorly written and the topic is silly. Palin herself is a total nut case. She failed at every interview she gave when running for vice president. She was crude vulgar inarticulate and dumb. I saw a video of her engaging in voodoo magic and she acted like a 10 year old.. Your wasting a post on her.?

There is something fishy about that story did you get it from a safe sourcr? Why would the DNC have standing to file ethics complaints in Alaska?

How do you know? They haven't heard the case. They refused to hear it on the grounds of lack of standing and its timing. They said nothing about the merits of the case. Why not read what you post before posting it?

No it was simply a correction of your statement. I don't like Trump either but I do defend him against unfair attacks.

A case that lacks standing is without merit by definition. It doesn't matter whether the charges are true; what matters is if the charges are true, does that cause injury to the plantiff? Let's forget that every charge in this case had already been dismissed dozens of times in the lower courts, which are the proper jurisdictions. Simply put, what happens in one state's elections has no bearing on the elections in other states. Every attorney, AG and Republican Rep knew this going in. They should all be sanctioned heavily, IMO.

Sorry, I don't do requests. If you think that changing election laws by any manner other than legislation is legal, you are welcome to the belief.

That we guys have failed is just an opinion. I don't agree with your opinion. Sorry. If you guys had facts you'd be able to present them. That's my opinion.

If so then could the same case have merit with standing? If so then your comment is a bit silly.

Lol. Are you serious fmw? What is sillier than asking if a case can have merit with standing. Uh...yes...I think it can. Do you have a point to make?

You can't sue your boss for wrecking the company car. You wouldn't have standing. The company does, so yes, such a case would have merit. Your attempt would draw attention to a Rule 11 violation.

It's real easy stuff here, dude. Truncating posts and spouting silly questions isn't going to lend it anything complicated and dire.
