It's how I refer to children when I want them to let the adults talk. What cue do you use?

Like I said, you need to get a grip on your anger and stop belittling people whom you feel don't meet your standards in here.

That's just regular civil procedure not "shot shot" (sic) constitutional attorneying.

It is what is at issue, how would it not be pertinent?

It appears to be pertinent in employer/employee cases.
    Not on making a purchase.

It's the same statute which bars no blacks allowed signs in Oregon dude.

See my above post with the sweet cakes by Melissa case that involved this same statute (for sexual orientation discrimination)

So was I. In this case in Oregon they only prohibit discrimination on the basis of "race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status or age". If I and my brother walked into a bakery requesting a same sex wedding cake they could tell us to **** off and there isn't a thing we could do about it. Throw me out because I wear my hair to long. Throw me out because Im wearing my Make America Great Again hat. Throw us out for any reason they like other than the above classifications because we are white, heterosexual males.

Show where age is a discrimination issue outside of employer/employee relationship.
