Fear not, I'll walk you through it. The Oroville Dam is owned by the California Department of Water Resources, which means the State of California owns it. I supplies water to a large portion of California's population as well as farming in the San Joaquin Valley.

Both Obama Care and the Oroville Dam serve limited segments of the population, why should everyone's tax dollars pay For Obama Care and not the Oroville Dam?

 

Health care is a service everyone in the country will eventually use.
Those who can't pay, still receive some form of health care. It isn't done for free. Someone pays. Usually you and I, in higher costs and premiums.
No one outside of Ca will use the water from your damn. Your states very own damn.

 

Health Care is, Obama Care isn't yet every tax payer has to pay.
