Absolutely true ! This story of police officers dressed as pigs has the same level of credibility as the Trump Golden Shower Games story that Buzzard Feed broke. In fact the same photographer who took the officer Pig posters did the Trump Pee Pee Peep show. What puts the truth capper on this story is that BO had copies of the cop Pig posters made and hung up on the West Wall of the secret Mosque that BO had commanded the Department of the Posterior build in the 3rd sub basement of the WH.

Just a coincidence maybe, maybe not but BO had a poster sized copy of his Kenyan BC long form made and that is also hangng in his secret Mosque.

I just do not know what else we can tell you to proove that the cop piggy show at the WH is true.

Maybe the 99% need to do more to get rid of the bad apples. for instance, if you take the Jason van Dyke case, it wasn't just that he shot a kid 16 times while he was lying on the ground, it was that every other cop there didn't report him, didn't complain to their superiors and didn't come forward.

Who choses the winner and which sets the rules as to what type of art can be displayed?

Why do you assume all the people shot were shot by "bad apple" police?

Oh stop with the petty nonsense. The painting violates the suitiblity rules of the contest and the capitol building and should come down.

I would feel the same if a painting was hung in the halls of congress if it depicted black Americans as you say as apes, or a painting celebrating the murdering of Jews. It does have the freedom of speech, but it has no place on the people's government property. Hang it in a art gallery, this is not a right or left thing

As is also so typical of you. Change topic. This was about you telling another how they feel about something when they already said no.

That isn't changing the topic at all. The source was the Congressman. If you can't keep up with basic reading of the thread I can't help you.

Sorry, this comment has not shown up on my quote list.

This comment is too vague for me to reply. Is there a specific link to the rules you are referring to?

Okay, I see it now, so it will probably be taken down eventually for good.

One great thing about this story is this painting has now gotten national attention. I heard there were other artworks along with this one at the Capitol. Anyone know what those are?

As if you knew about that rule of the Capitol Building before Medved told you...

Keep your cheapshots to yourself, or save them for someone who's actually insulted you.

Actually, what I see happening with the insanity coming from the Trump haters, liberals are now being lumped into the radical crazies, just like muslims and radical muslims

This is how I view the difference between liberal and conservative. Both have some good points, but the good things in my opinion that have formed for our nation, we now experience a very radical side of the American liberal. I will have you know though, you are still my favorite liberal on this forum :clapping:

Liberals believe in government action to achieve equal opportunity and equality for all. It is the duty of the government to alleviate social ills and to protect civil liberties and individual and human rights. Believe the role of the government should be to guarantee that no one is in need. Liberal policies generally emphasize the need for the government to solve problems.

Conservatives believe in personal responsibility, limited government, free markets, individual liberty, traditional American values and a strong national defense. Believe the role of government should be to provide people the freedom necessary to pursue their own goals. Conservative policies generally emphasize empowerment of the individual to solve problems.

Yet I bet you support the removal of the references to God from the capital. No?

Your attitude and position is why Hillary lost. People are tired of the extreme mentality of the left.

The hyper liberal left made the mistake of not hiding their true agenda.

Keep doing this stupid stuff, you all are shooting yourself in the foot and making yourself irrelevent.

    America loves your honesty.

What don't you people get about separation of church and state, and the RIGHT to freedom of expression, as inalienable laws of the land here?

Why is it only good for you that specific facets of these rights be respected?

Did IQ's just drop sharply over the past 200 years?

Oh, wait. I guess having children indoctrinated to a religion by forcing them to recite "god" as if it is some factual proven entity is evidence that IQ's have dropped, primarily thanks to a bunch of demagogues pitching nonsense sold by a bunch of desert dwellers worshipping a jews god of war and sacrifice.

Yes. I am absolutely against "god" being in or on or near any government building. If it where up to me, only areligious people could run the country. That way its divisive, corrosive, poisonous, dangerous influence would finally be eradicated from the realm of rational discussion, and dismissed like the horribly offensive steaming pile of inhuman excrement it actually is.

Somewhere along the line it seems that people forgot that "expression" only encompasses the right to create said piece, which was not infringed. It doesn't mean he or the painting has a right to have it displayed anywhere and everywhere. Sometimes ones expression isn't appropriate for a specific venue.

No insult just the facts this has never been a 1st Amendment issues like the myriad of other phony 1st Amendment cases people cry about and it iis because people arent properly taught about the 1st Amendment. Go look at the Meryl Stereo thread and I bet you find people making claims about the 1st Amendment there and it has nothing to do with it.

Wrong. It has the right to hang wherever it is hung. Does it make it morally correct to put it in the capitol building? Maybe, maybe not. But the rights argument here is not what you're making. You're saying it is AMORAL to hang it in the capitol. There is nothing that says any of us need to give a (*)(*)(*)(*) about those morals though.

And conflating this issue with "god" being on government buildings is absolute straw man nonsense.
