    as a lifelong liberal i got into the conpiracy books in the 1970s about JFK, there is an appeal to having insider knowledge...then one learns to cross-check references and sources for knowledge, it is then you find "bad" sources and endless siting of those bad sources...many people still use those type sources for knowledge...

    the irony is we now have an internet and we can go directly to many sources for information confirmation, i am retried and have the time but i understand why a likeable talking head is preferable to many

    There are other fora out there with higher class discussions.

    As far as thermodynamics goes I'd just as soon that it never have been discovered.
