How can you accuse someone of being deceitful, when the actions detailed in the indictment were not known to the general public?

With recent revelations, you might want to take a step back from the Cliff of Hypocrisy you may find yourself launched from.

There would be a march either way, I think. Mueller will remain. Trump knows the perils of removing him, and the idiot Republican majority would be forced to do something if he did.

The entire thing is a **** show.

It also shows how much America disagrees with the Republican agenda. It speaks volumes that they can't pass. ANYTHING.

12 Counts and they're seeking asset forfeiture.

Count 1: Conspiracy Against the United States.
Count 2: Conspiracy To Launder Money
Count 3-6: Failure to File Reports of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts For Calendar Years 2011-2014
Counts 7-9: Failure to File Reports of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts For Calendar Years 2011-2013
Count 10: Unregistered Agent of Foreign Principal
Count 11: False and Misleading FARA Statements.

There are going to be a WHOLE lot more people indicted after all is said and done.

There are probably more efficient means of hiding the disappointment the team must be dealing with this morning.

I'll phrase it another way: It's entirely possible that both Trump and Manafort have laundered money. But it's unlikely that their operations tied together. There's no way either of them would risk such an elaborate connection. "So why was Manafort his campaign manager for a time?" Another point we can speculate on. I suspect, that neither of them knew of each other's operations.(If we presume both had operations) and therefore, Trump thought it was okay.

(This holds true obviously if Trump didn't have such an operation but Manafort did.) All the more reason Manafort would keep quiet about it.

I'm no hypocrite. I never claimed Mueller was a good pick, only to decry him as biased when the investigation got real.

Moreover, I don't need to worry about cliffs. I didn't vote for this trainwreck of a President. Embroiled in scandal, defended endlessly by a blind, foolish and misled minority - spare me.

Go to the Front Page of Reddit. They also operate under strict rules of copying the title of the article and the NY Times headline, at the time it was posted, read, "Paul Manafort, who once ran Trump campaign, told to surrender.

The first count specifically states conspiracy between 2006 and 2017 involving Manafort, Gates, and "others." Tip of the iceberg.

Manafort was hired in March of 2016. There are several points in the indictment, paragraph 38 for example, which reference events after that point.

The one thing about absolutes pulled from Crystal Balls is they usually end up in pieces on the floor.

Lots of clean up on November 9 last year.

I'm sure after this disappointment, the left has it's fingers crossed.

I'm betting that they could just use that indictment as a template for Flynn, Carter, Kushner, Page, and a host of others...

Come on counsellor, you know such a effort to connect would receive an objection in a court of law.

The 'Conspiracy against the US' isn't what you think it is: By defrauding the US of illegally-gotten money, that is indeed a conspiracy. If I were to conspire with someone in the Treasury to transfer funds from the Treasury to my bank account, then I conspired to rob the US of its money. I'd also be charged with conspiracy.
