Yes the concept of fine tuning. The idea that there are a plethora of conditions that must exist to the very smallest nth of a degree in order for life to exist. Not just life, but the physical universe itself.

The likelihood of the universe and life just fortuitously coming into existence is far less than you and your child and his child and his child and his child winning the lottery every single day for the rest of your lives in perpetuity.

And Tyson’s little video there is easily explained. God does not say he is all good. In fact it is his responsibility to call people home which inevitably involves death. Insofar as his argument, it is not gods job to take us out of tribulation. It is gods job to give us the strength to make it through tribulation.
