So...... are you claiming that Pelosi is complaining about Desantis shipping legal immigrants from Florida to NYC? Not sure that is her argument.

That’s exactly what he did. They’re legal and awaiting a hearing.

Then read what I posted. They do NOT want to deport them, they had their chance multiple times and did not do it. Thats what Im tying to tell you is that they WANT them, because they help their donors, and they tell you they are stealing your jobs to get you to vote for them.

This is where you and I agree. The problem is that conservative politicians do NOT deport those immigrants when they catch them, so what are they really doing then ?

States do not have authority to deport, however Senator Hawthorn is working to give that authority to the states since the Federal government is no longer doing it's job.

New bill would allow states to deport illegal immigrants

What I find amusing is those liberal bastions that claim to be sanctuary cities are saying "we love immigrants... just not here"

So you're looking for slaves, not new active, educated, engaged citizens. You're looking for people that have no choice to to work where you tell them.

That is emphatically incorrect. The vast majority of these immigrants are NOT entering at a port of entry requesting asylum which is a requirement. They are crossing the border ILLEGALLY and this administration is granting them access and a court hearing. The two are not the same!

Which the law allows for. It doesn’t become illegal because of your feelings about the law lol

????? Trump ended DACA and the courts wouldnt let him. Democrats are free to create law by executive order while Republicans need legislation to undo Democrats executive orders.

DACA is a deferment of action for up to 2 years. What does that have to do with permanent status ?

And Trump cannot undo laws by memo. Which he literally tried to do, to bypass judicial review. All the court said was that it needs to be reviewed by a court, which was what was in process.

Absolutely nothing. Grasping about for the next strawman I see.

Well, it was by executive order from Trump, not a memo. Obam instituted DACA with a memorandum. Just ruled by the court to be unconstitutional.
