    Dems are capable of doing both. They came to the table with an infrastructure plan. It is potus who appears incapable of focusing on doing the work of governing while under investigation.

    Considering Trump has been under investigation since before he was even elected, I would say he has done a fairly good job of working while under investigation.

    Of course they are accusing Trump of a cover up. They accused Trump of colluding, the left actually colluded. They accused Trump of obstructing, as the left are actively obstructing. They are now accusing Trump of covering it up, as they of course are in fact trying to cover their crimes up but they are in serious trouble, the cat is out of the bag and the American people are not nearly as stupid as the left believed.

    Senator Schumer showed a 38 page document detailing a bill to enact infrastructure upgrade in the news conference right after Trump threw his hissy fit and walked out like a teenage drama queen. Trump has recused himself.
