Fascinating take. I wonder what your take will be two years from now when BLM/AntiFa are burning down half the cities across the country as the Democrats attempt to steal another Presidential election.

More insurrection? No, there was no insurrection. It will allow more protest, which is good. Corrupt government should always be protested.

all governments across the entire world are corrupt in some form or fashion..

civility usually wins and citizens cope with the corrupt government because there is no other options

and nobody says the corruption should not be protested against

but violent protests should not be tolerated for the safety of the citizens as a whole

when protests are largely composed of ignorant people

Violence becomes the result of the protest because of the ignorance of the protesters

while Trump was president, protests became the norm

then the protests became riots and the riots became violent

please list below how many protests turned to violence since Biden became president

Your side is really good at conflating issues, into something they never were, to keep your fear machine stoked and decisiveness at it's peak.

The 2020 riots had NOTHING to do with the election and, for the most part we're started by opportunistic anarchists, not BLM or ANTIFA.

I'll have the same take as I do now. For example, any protest which blocks roads or bridges, er, forces everyone else to listen to their complaints or forces everyone else to capitulate to their complaints is participating in a violent protest...ANTIFA, BLM, Canadian truckers or otherwise.

I don't wish to justify further ANTIFA and BLM rioting (because said rioting isn't peaceful protest, for example) so I don't justify the Canadian trucker's blockade. The definition for peaceful protest must remain consistent because, it seems, any protest deemed a peaceful protest is a legitimate protest no matter the actions or consequences of the protests. We need to make the definition for peaceful protest more of an objective evaluation and less of a political evaluation because, right now, everyone seems to want to determine a peaceful protest more from a political evaluation than an objective evaluation...I guess, that's a product of the polarizing times in America. We need to encourage measures which brings people together and not what the Biden Administration and other politicans are doing which is tearing us further apart.

The blocking of Birmingham bridges by MLK and his cohorts was a violent protest.

Yes, it was. And was done for a just cause.

Yes, it was a just cause but the blocking caused further violence.
