    That's because VAERS is in fact unverified information. For this reason it is not, and never has been, a "go to source" for doctors on side effects. Health professionals know that VAERS reports are not verified, and for this and many other reasons, is a distinctly UNreliable source of information.

    Fom VAERS:

    "When evaluating data from VAERS, it is important to note that for any reported event, no cause-and-effect relationship has been established. Reports of all possible associations between vaccines and adverse events (possible side effects) are filed in VAERS. Therefore, VAERS collects data on any adverse event following vaccination, be it coincidental or truly caused by a vaccine. The report of an adverse event to VAERS is not documentation that a vaccine caused the event...

    VAERS accepts all reports without judging whether the event was caused by the vaccine
    ."

    There is an ever expanding number of myocarditis cases stemming from the vaccination. Time will tell if the real outcome from the pfizer shots is real and worsening heart failure.

    Yet the system exist, and has existed for 20 years managed jointly by the FDA and the CDC and nobody ever started Doctors don't use it until Covid showed up.
    Go figure

    You realize that the FDA has "fully approved" lots of things only to backtrack on them later. You advocate research, I advise you to do some.

    It wasn't necessary before because there weren't hoards of people, like yourself, making false claims about VAERS.

    You said it's the "go to source for Doctors to use to find out about after effects", which it is not.

    You said "VAERS is reporting deaths and side effects", which it is not. VAERS is a passive system, to which outside entities submit reports.

    Yeah, I'm not thr one that created a thread full of horseshit misinformation and claimed it to be truth. You need to take up your grievances with the OP. I simply provided a link that decimates the OP.

    You're welcome.

    As of Nov. 2, people have reported to VAERS 14,506 deaths that occurred sometime after COVID-19 vaccination. Doctors at the CDC review each reported death, looking at death certificates, autopsy and medical records. Additional CDC vaccine safety monitoring systems such as the National Healthcare Safety Network, Vaccine Safety Datalink, Clinical Immununization Safety Assessment Project and FDA's vaccine safety reporting systems are then used to provide more rigorous scientific investigation of potential adverse events.
    https://www.nebraskamed.com/COVID/does-vaers-list-deaths-caused-by-covid-19-vaccines

    Healthcare providers are required by law to report to VAERS:
    https://vaers.hhs.gov/faq.html

    FDA requires healthcare providers to report any death after COVID-19 vaccination to VAERS, even if it’s unclear whether the vaccine was the cause.
    https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/safety/adverse-events.html

    Healthcare providers are required by law to report to VAERS which include

    • Detect new, unusual, or rare vaccine adverse events;
    • Monitor increases in known adverse events;
    • Identify potential patient risk factors for particular types of adverse events;
    • Assess the safety of newly licensed vaccines;
    • Determine and address possible reporting clusters (e.g., suspected localized [temporally or geographically] or product-/batch-/lot-specific adverse event reporting);
    • Recognize persistent safe-use problems and administration errors;
    • Provide a national safety monitoring system that extends to the entire general population for response to public health emergencies, such as a large-scale pandemic influenza vaccination program.
    Seems the only one falsifying VAERS information would be you.

    EXCEPT:

    VAERS (in terms of Adverse Covid Vaccine Reactiins) has turned out to be a Complete Joke (and a tool for Anti-Vaxxers to spread Misinformation):

    The weaponization of VAERS by anti-vaccine activists serves as a reminder that having access to more information does not always lead to better decisions.

    It has by now been said a thousand times, but it bears repeating a thousand more: correlation does not necessarily imply causation. Just because an undesirable event happens after receiving a vaccine does not automatically imply that the vaccine is responsible.

    It is easy for an anti-vaccine activist—someone who is categorically opposed to vaccines and who sees themselves as a hero saving humanity from a costly mistake—to simply cherry-pick scary VAERS reports and present them as proof that a vaccine is known to cause serious harm and death, a tactic we could call “VAERS scare.”
    It is a tool and like any tool it can unfortunately be misused.

    Hell anyone with any sense know the data is incomplete simply because they have refused to test for natural immunity.. And anyone with half a brain would wonder why ;)

    Not at all.

    It remains the case that regular doctors, external to VAERS/CDC do not use it as a go to source to find out about after effects. Now that you've done some research, you've discovered that medical professionals (vaccine safety experts) within VAERS/CDC monitor reports - it's a surveillance tool - to identify possible areas of concern that may warrant further investigation. It's the investigation that will determine whether or not certain events are or are not related to a vaccine, not the the initial reports. The initial reports cannot provide any information in this regard. Hence:

    "VAERS is not designed to determine if a vaccine caused a health problem, but is especially useful for detecting unusual or unexpected patterns of adverse event reporting that might indicate a possible safety problem with a vaccine. This way, VAERS can provide CDC and FDA with valuable information that additional work and evaluation is necessary to further assess a possible safety concern."

    And yes, external medical professionals are indeed required by law to report certain events, and encouraged to report others, but this is regardless of whether or not they believe that the event is, or is not, related to the vaccine.

    The bullet list you have under the phrase "Healthcare providers are required by law to report to VAERS which include" is not the information they are required to supply.

    I never said anything about using the VAERS system to determine anything.
    I claimed what the system is used for, who reports to it, and what is reported.
    I provided you with CDC sites where the information is located.

    So you were wrong when you claimed
    As I showed you what Doctors use it and why
    Doctors at the CDC review each reported death, looking at death certificates, autopsy and medical records.

    And you were wrong when you claimed
    As I provided you with the fact that the FDA requires healthcare providers to report any death after COVID-19 vaccination to VAERS

    LOL. No need to give me the CDC/VAERS links. I'm already very familiar with them. Hence, you're not showing me anything.

    You said: "Now that VAERS is reporting deaths and side effects the left (overnight) claims its nothing but unverified information promoted by anti vaxxers"

    Hopefully you now understand that reports to VAERS are in fact unverified information.

    It may be news to you but I already know that healthcare providers are required to report certain events. What difference does that make? Their report is NOT an indication of causation. They're required to report regardless. And, they most certainly do NOT use VAERS as a source of information on side effects.

    Again, it is vaccine safety experts within the CDC/VAERS that monitor the reports - not their outside counterparts - looking for anomalies that may - or may not - warrant further investigation.

    The fact that they review deaths does not mean that those deaths were caused by the vaccine.

    Taking me out of context isn't making your case. I said
    Now that VAERS is reporting deaths and side effects the left (overnight) claims its nothing but unverified information promoted by anti vaxxers
    PROMOTED BY ANTI VAXXERS.
    Next

    I didn't make that claim
    Next

    Yet I provided you information from the CDC that claims its exactly what they use if for.
    Next

    I never claimed it did.

    Yet it was you that made this claim
    So first you claimed they don't report deaths, now you switched gears to they do review deaths but it doesn't mean (X).

    Are you going to keep putting words in my mouth to try and make you point?

    Yes, information promoted by anti-vaxxers that is unverified. The fact that you complained about this shows clear as day that you disagree that's it's unverified information. Why else would you complain that it's only now (overnight) that "the left" is saying it's unverified.
    Doesn't matter whether you made the claim or not. The point stands: a report is not indicative of causation.
    Healthcare providers outside of CDC/VAERS do NOT use VAERS as a source of information on side effects. They know full well that reports submitted by anyone for whatever reason are not a reliable source of information. Instead - as you have correctly said - they submit reports to VAERS, and leave it to the experts. That is, to health professionals within the CDC/VAERS who - as you have also correctly stated - monitor the reports, and investigate. Professionals outside of the CDC/VAERS will stay informed via their findings, as the most reliable source of information.
    Again, the point stands: The fact that they review deaths does not mean that those deaths were caused by the vaccine.
    I said it is wrong to claim that VAERS is "reporting" deaths and side effects, in response to what I perceived to be your mistaken belief that side effects and deaths reported to VAERS constitute a "report" on side effects and deaths caused by the vaccines, which is not the case.

    OMG, Dude, just stop.
    You don't get to take snippets out of context to claim I said something I didn't. Its the entire sentence.
    Now that VAERS is reporting deaths and side effects the left (overnight) claims its nothing but unverified information promoted by anti vaxxers

    Nothing you have posted disputes ANYTHING I claimed. So stop with the out of context run arounds.

    ~ I am afraid it will more scary than interesting ... :blankstare:

    ~ I wonder if there are side-effects that are not being disclosed to the public ... ?

    ~ Another curiosity is that Doctors are prevented from off-label use of therapeutic medicine since Covid. Very suspicious ...

    LOL - I did post the entire sentence in #118, as follows:

    "... You said: "Now that VAERS is reporting deaths and side effects the left (overnight) claims its nothing but unverified information promoted by anti vaxxers" ..."

    excuses, excuses...

    Now you're just lying.
    I never claimed you didn't post the entire sentence. I said you took my sentence out of context.
    So when you highlighted (is nothing but unverified information) then made this post
    Which has NOTHING to do with the sentence I provided.
    You weren't taking what I wrote out of context?

    Then you got caught time after time putting words in my mouth I never claimed.
    Then you got caught not knowing that deaths are reported to VAERS
    Then you got caught not knowing about the Doctors who use the information.

    Now you come in here with another lie to try and hide the first one?
    Pathetic
