Umm science doesn't say anything about the unborn not being human lives.

This is not an issue of science. There is no point in developing where the child becomes human, the egg is human the sperm is human. Before conception all human, at conception human, during all stages of development human.

The choice not to have a baby needs to take place before the penis enters the vagina. After that you have given up the choice to what happens to your body and your life and that goes equally for the man and the woman.

Not all living things circulate blood.
Not all living things have neural activity.
Not all living things can survive on their own.

At the beginning of every human life that has ever existed those things were not present they develope as cell specialization begins. But yet still alive, still a human being.
