    There are types of crimes that are related to a culture or ethnic group, predominantly. For example, when I see carder schemes I know you will see a lot of former eastern bloc people or Russians involved. When I see cocaine trafficking, I pretty much know the guy walking into my office will be from central or south America. If I hear there is a robbery I expect to see a black guy. When I hear about a domestic violence case my gut reaction is to see a white man walk in.

    It this true 100% of the time, no, but there are cultural trends.

    You still can't stay on subject. The first example killed their own great grandmother. Not some random black lady.
    The second example is not even close to being some gang playing a violent game. He's a common criminal. His targets were not racially motivated.

    Total fail.
