    I see....so gun owners who don't like proposed new gun control laws are going to shoot innocent people because they are upset at the government?? And here I thought they are "responsible lawful" gun owners. Is this now a threat and you supporting such actions with your thin veil "warning"??

    I was racking my brain trying to come up with a logical reason why a person would do this insane act...then I realized the shooter was a CALIFORNIAN.......please close this thread (it's a Californian, what else do we need to know.)

    They didn't clear the building in 15 minutes, it took several hours to that an ensure they had the facts and the spokeswoman came out several times with what they did know and more would be coming.

    The local police here were faster than normal, but they did have most of the info already as it was a pretty simple crime scene. I don't mind them waiting until they double and triple check, I am just saying why the news stations scramble for stories.

    but according to the right, dems do not own guns, so much of been a republican right?

    maybe it's just someone that was cheated on and wanted justice, that happens with all races, religions, genders and political views

    B-B-But gun control solves everything! Except of course someone willing to break the law to murder others. Somehow our 2nd Amendment despising leftists can't or won't address that issue. Well actually it is no mystery, since their real reason for wanting more and ever more gun control is to eliminate personal ownership of guns, period. To remove personal possession because being able to defend oneself is anathema to the average leftist.

    Looks like the shooting was over demonitizing YouTube videos and not due to being Muslim. But we will see, maybe the right will get lucky and she was making money for ISIS by creating YouTube content.

    She was actively complaining about it. There were a lot of people hit multiple times with YouTube's new algorithms and their problems with taking some copywriter reports way to seriously so as to avoid paying content creators who were using fair use. Some of those creators had trouble getting jobs because of mental disability troubles. YouTube was a great way for a person to make some money if they were a little bit off but not insane. Also there were many highly dedicated people out there who had made good businesses based on YouTube channels that were getting hit and having their income taken away.

    I am not terribly surprised this happened because there are some nuts out there creating YouTube content and YouTube has a rather bad system for abusing those who make money and those who do not. It is also the most popular place by far without a lot of real competition.
