    *SIGH* Skripal is a BRITISH SPY, he lived in Fort Russ, but he is a SPY OF UK and was when he was swapped in exchange year: 2010. So according to the conspiracy theorists, Russia waited for 7 to 8 years to do Skripal in via Novochick. Yeah, I really believe that, and Aliens landed at Area 51. :roll:
