You have to support your argument, and you tried. But you missed the point. Bonespurs J. Emolumentabuser's returns must be turned over to Congress pursuant to 26 USC Sect. 6103(f)(1). "Upon written request from the chairman of the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives, the chairman of the Committee on Finance of the Senate, or the chairman of the Joint Committee on Taxation, the Secretary [of the Treasury] shall furnish such committee with any return or return information specified in such request, except that any return or return information which can be associated with, or otherwise identify, directly or indirectly, a particular taxpayer shall be furnished to such committee only when sitting in closed executive session unless such taxpayer otherwise consents in writing to such disclosure." Not "if they feel like it", or only if "Bonespurs says it's OK"--shall furnish. So, Bonespurs' returns are going to Congress because, well, the law and stuff.
Trump isn't playing us. He's playing YOU. I think he's naturally brilliant. And the results are spectacular. It's like watching a July 4th celebration every day. I look forward to the next six years.
That's great. Did you research the law yourself or did you get that cherry picked information from the #FakeNews? I heard a couple of lawyers argue he has the right to request those documents also. They said he can request them in the course of a valid investigation. The don't have anything to investigate the president for. There's no scandal and no collusion. You can't request them for a #WitchHunt or a fishing expedition.
An illegal connection or just businesses that have stuff in Russia? Because anything illegal would have been reported by the IRS.
"Fake news". Ideologue much? You could've simply googled this. Instead, you attempted to apply general IRS privacy law to this specific set of circumstances. Why did you do that?
Show anyone where the Constitution requires a candidate for office to provide tax returns. Thank you.
So you believe that it is 'brilliant' of a president to 'play' a portion of the population? And that its 'brilliant' to not deliver on any campaign promise?
I find it both amusing and troubling that the very same people who pretend that the Mueller investigation magically exonerated Trump, but don't want the unredacted Mueller Report handed to Congress are also bellowing about Trump's imaginary "privacy rights" when Congress has an unqualified right to see his tax returns.
That's probably because proving ones birth status is a constitutional requirement, while ones tax returns are not. And Obama never produced his vault birth records, but rather hired a law firm to keep them buried. Ironically, Democrats do not want to see Obama's vault birth records. Yet they are insistent upon discovering Trumps tax returns. Leftists never seem to tire of wearing egg on their faces.
I'm not a lawyer. Google is the tool I have. Are you a lawyer? I wouldn't doubt it as you are quite adept at avoiding questions under cross examination. I'll repeat the question your Honor, "Did you research the law yourself or did you get that cherry picked information from the #FakeNews?"
I just wanted you to put it in English. Just because you're a Trumper doesn't mean that you have to write like him.
Yes, for those who seek his destruction. He hasn't failed me, but has rather exceeded my expectations.
He expected scandal and corruption to trigger libs and the GOP to obstruct. He got NAKED corruption, not even TRYING to hide it. He's LOVING those results.
That I am not a part of your radical left wing tent revival is not evidence of my cluelessness, but rather that I am clued in. Internalize it as you will.
No, any assumption that Trump is COMPETENT at all, is flawed. All available evidence is to the contrary. Stephen Miller is POTUS, and I'm sure you like that just fine. Not to mention even assuming Mueller was a total nothingburger (we don't yet know), Generational tax fraud schemes? Fake charities being shut down? Missing 40 mil from innauguration fund? You also don't mind naked open corruption? Not surprising, it's the Trump supporrters'most obvious "quality".
There should be a law put into place that requires a President to make his tax returns public. I never said anything about the Constitution.
