No, it isn't equivalent. The claim is that he has accomplished something, there is no evidence that he has, and all the experts say he hasn't. The evidence is completely against that claim. Therefore I believe it is a false claim. All you have is belief that he magically accomplished something without evidence or even a plausible mechanism by which he might have done so. It's like belief that WiFi gives you cancer. Not only is there no evidence that it does, there is no way that it could do so. This isn't just a simple matter of difference in opinion.

There will be plenty of jobs created to keep people working, particularly repairing out outdated infrastructure in this country; free college and free health are going to happen down the road like it or not so get used to it. They call him out when he says neo-Nazis are good people. They call him out when he says that he gave the biggest tax cut and biggest crowds etc. The reason other presidents didn’t get that kind of attention was because they weren’t stupid enough to say such things. But Trump knows his base and even though they hear him say these things from his own tweets and from his own mouth they still deny them because fox doesn’t let you know.
