    Trump's 25% tariff on steel has killed the Permian pipeline..

    The funny thing is that Trump announced that he was going to build Keystone with US steel and immediately TransCanada (Keystone) said NO.. THEY WERE USING CANADIAN STEEL.

    Permian Pipeline: They are upset that they will have to buy AMERICAN STEEL apparently, but:
