    Which standards are you talking about? Please name another country that is a true union of states. The federal government is the equivalent of the EU. I would cut the EU down to size as well.

    Update: Finally! Heard back from insurance company. COVID-19 testing is completely covered for ANY reason. Huge sigh of relief.
