Prince George's comet-ISON

    it appears that it isn't going to break up after all! :woot:

    why did i call it "Prince George's comet"? in days of old, comets where thought to be new stars fortelling of great change coming. the death of an old king, the birth of a future one, empires rising and falling. i think Arthur's son having a long and healthy life is the best we can hope for. :fingerscrossed:

    btw-it's the new star in the east by Mars in the early morning sky, roughly towards the UK from where i'm driving in the morning. you mortals might still need binoculars or a small telescope.

    Nov 28,`13 -- Once billed as the comet of the century, Comet ISON apparently was no match for the sun.

    good thing there's 3 more in the sky to feast our eyes on..if only this cloud cover would break.
