They were bought by ES&S. The company who's election machines nobody seems to want to talk about, and were used in places where the voting results mysteriously do not reflect polling results or previous election results in certain areas.

Like Kentucky, where Moscow Mitch went from an 18% approval rating to a 60% win (landslide shift of historical proportions), which had counties suddenly upending multiple previous election results.

Yeah, I see no basis for claiming damages. Such a decision would create a precedent where anyone can demand anything of a media company, and sue them if they don't comply.
