Since you liberals talk about equality so much, lets see how equality is actually applied in practice by politically correct progressives or liberals. Its a witch hunt. They are now interviewed and checked on by government bureaucrats, to see if they encourage their adopted children to discover and explore their true sexual identity. That means, if a child or teen shows signs of bizarre sexual behavior whether its homosexual or something else (other than heterosexual), and the parents dont encourage him or her to pursue those perversions, they could lose custody of the child. Parents were warned that, Passive acceptance is not enough, as Michelle Gordon, a politically correct bureaucrat said. As you can see, it was never about tolerance. Since they are now saying tolerance or passive acceptance is not enough, its clear that they never believed in tolerance. They want as many people, including children, to celebrate and even try the perversions themselves. Thats like drug dealers and users forcing everybody to celebrate their lifestyle and even to try drugs. Question about equality. If heterosexual people or couples are forced by law to teach their children that homosexuality is normal and wonderful, what about gay couples? Are they required by law to teach their adopted children that heterosexuality is normal and wonderful? Do they have to encourage their children to date the opposite sex when they are teenagers? Lesbians and radical feminists have always said nasty things about traditional marriage. They said and still say that traditional marriage was invented by male chauvinist societies in order to oppress women. So while feminists can say anything they want about traditional marriage, other people are not allowed to say anything they want about gay marriage. If they do, they can lose their jobs or companies will refuse to do business with them. And this is equality? In Michigan, a group of gays and lesbians disrupted a church service, by shouting slogans and obscenities, and running around throwing condoms and leaflets. Its something NBC news wont talk about, they didnt even mention it. If it was the other way around, some straight people disrupting a gay parade, the news media would have shown it for a month and would have talked obsessively about it. If we followed the dumb logic of politically correct progressives/liberals, companies would have to do this, accommodate employees in their porn addictions, because its something that has to do with sexuality. If its alright for homosexuals to get preferential treatment from companies, like allowing them to come in at work as cross dressers or to post announcements about their gay pride parades on the companys bulletin board, then heterosexuals should be allowed to download porn at work. This would be equality indeed. Progressives don't really believe in equality. I'm not referring here to the majority of brainwashed zombies who think it's a sign of compassion if the government is giving away free stuff that other people pay for or who worship trees and animals. I'm talking about the leaders and activists. And those who finance the whole thing. They use "equality" as a slogan only to manipulate some groups of people and to get power.
