Good plan. Pelosi and Schumer should continue to refuse to negotiate on funding for The Wall and keep the government shutdown. The voters support them - count on it.

Just ignore Cher and her millions of followers. ;-)

"Cher is blasting President Trump for his demand for border wall funding but is urging House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) to “let him have his f---ing money” in order to end the partial government shutdown.
“Real people are suffering,” the “Believe” singer — a vocal critic of Trump who's referred to the president before as a “f---ing traitor" — said in a Wednesday tweet to her more than 3.6 million followers."

But if the Dems said "Here's the money you wanted to protect our country from invasion" the shutdown would be over today.

Indeed. You don't get a honest day pay for a honest day work in the US.

The taxpayers indeed pay that people don't get a honest day wage for a honest day work.
They also pay for massive tax breaks for the filthy rich.

Or when Trump make a lot of noise about illegals and only has about 3000 enforcement actions against employers hiring illegals with few perps doing time for hiring them.

The Bloviator-in-Chief is doing a snow job on you.

There's already a wall. The only 'open' parts of the border are mountain ranges, rivers and desert wasteland. Building a wall would mean building roads to nowhere so that we can send supplies to nowhere along with food/water for the workers and that's AFTER buying up all the private land. By the time all that's done we're 2-3 years into Trump's 2nd term (fat chance of THAT now that Trump has officially been outed as a Russian spy). Then this is followed by a decade of construction (assuming no delays) with BILLIONS in taxpayer money needed to fund it all. Meanwhile white Europeans and Indians overstaying visas are the primary source of illegal immigration... The only thing you'd accomplish by achieving 0% illegal immigration from Mexico is $20/lb tomatoes and an exploding national debt.

I don't. I cashiered for a few years and those ****twits had more than enough money to buy cigarettes every day and booze a couple times a week. I have no sympathy for the "poor" as I grew up among them and detest their laziness, stupidity, selfishness and constant blaming someone else for their pathetic lives.

Single mom with multiple kids and no fathers around. Not my fault she is a ****ing slut. Working age male who keeps losing jobs because for some mysterious reason they expect him to show up to work on time and not constantly call in sick. No sympathy for that ******** either.

Unless its a person with a mental of physical deficiency almost no one has any excuses for not being able to make a living. Not everyone is going to make 50K a year but I have easily survived on less than 30K because I don't waste my money on bullshit like cigarettes and beer if I needed food or rent instead. I have self discipline (cept when it comes to being tidy) and that is why I and a few others managed to escape the pond of scum that is the typical poor neighborhood. I am better than them because all they do is sit around and bitch. ****ing losers.

Millions of people work a full time job and still get foodstamps... simply because a honest days work doesn't produce a honest day pay.

I suppose so, but she is also a prominent DP donor with 3.6 million " followers", and she is already caving on The Wall even though she does not have to run for reelection in a red state in 2020. ;-)
Cher is the tip of the iceberg the DP Titanic is steaming toward at full speed. ;-)

Pretty simple. They're the Republican bills, so there's no reason the Senate Republicans will vote against them. Trump signs, government is back in business.
How about Fatso coming up with a plan for securing he border with a wall system (you know, a wall plus whatever else is needed) in places?
Sounds good to me. I never could stand her music.

Good point. Neither party establishment wants to eliminate the cheap labor illegal aliens provide. Political corruption is very bipartisan.

Now you get it. The US Congress will not even vote on a budget that does not fund The Wall.
The DP House will - but that is irrelevant.

Cher is a major DP donor with millions of "followers".
But I do urge you and the DP to ignore Cher and her fans. It's the right thing to do. :)
