There was also massive vandalism and assault on people. This is not democracy nor a protest or exercise in free speech nor has any one called for suspension of democracy or rise of a one party fascist state. Except for the protesters they ARE fascists and they do want such a state.

Rioting and protesting are two different things.

this was not a protest it was a violent riot attempting to suppress the rights of other people.

When legitimate protests take place no one objects but many comment and criticize.

And now it seems he was shut down by right-wingers, not lefties.

 

Just think, Trump has 1460 days in his 4 year term, (2920 if he gets 8 years), so if he can create THIS much chaos in a mere 12 days, just think what chaos he'll create over the next 1448 days. I honestly feel sorry for caring, decent liberals because this is truly going to be a living hell for the next 1448 days.

 

It was not the typical Berkeley student, but the small minority of conservatives on that campus. Many faculty members signed a petition asking him to not come. I don'ts see EVIDENCE that it was right-wingers who rioted - I still believe it was the loony left, who are getting more extreme by the day.
