It didn't bother me. I posted it for the reason I mentioned earlier. I won't put you on ignore because responding to your posts is entertaining for me. Like you, I don't post them for you but for the forum at large.

The rudeness was the entire tenor and content of the post to which I replied. All I am doing now is suggesting improvements for your posting style. I assume the suggestion was a failure.

So, "my client was brainwashed"? If people want to accept their inability to comprehend, that's up to them I guess. That sort of argument is insulting when applied to aggregates.

Okay, I won't worry about being cordial. Maybe you're a bit oversensitive? It's all a matter of opinion. Right?

That is true. One heart attack, one stroke, one woman trampled by the crowd and one woman shot by police.

Not really. Not if you watched it.

So asking Pence to do something is a call for violence? You're not making any logical sense.

Of course the rioter is going to say that. He heard the Democrats say it of Trump. So the rioter sees it as an out to avoid personal accountability. And Democrats love to hear anything negative about Trump. It is music to their ears. To my ears it is bs because it is.

He was asking Pence to break U.S. law and lying to the crowd about it, to incite the break-in.

He called for lots of things. Many of them can be seen as a call to violence. Just as important is who he said it to. When your audience are known violent groups, one mention of the word "peacefully" is not a legitimate defense.

Man the pretzels some people can go through to try to support an argument. He clearly didn't believe in the results of the election and he has a first-amendment right to voice that opinion just as Al Gore and Hillary did before him. Peaceful and patriotic.

No they're not known as a violent group. Perhaps you're thinking of the rioters who Kamala's fund bailed out.

Exactly. The crowd was there to stop the steal. They were angry when they got there. It doesn't take much to push an angry mob over the edge.

He has a right to voice his opinion, but he was demanding that Pence break U.S. law. He doesn't have that right. Read his speech and his tweets.

Except it's nothing like Gore and Clinton and Trump lied. For two months.

The bottom line and ultimate blame goes to RW lying media. They are responsible for the division, for promoting trump, and for all the lies about him. If it hadn't been for them we would not have this extreme civil conflict between left and right and trump would never have been a candidate.

Perhaps he was wrong in doing that. Sorry but it takes a certain type of gymnast to believe that is a call to violence.

And Clinton continues to whine and lie and she has every right to do that.

Perhaps? Hahahaha. It's a violation of their oaths. Pence said as much, when at the beginning of the joint session, at approximately the same time Trump was demanding he break the law, he was explaining in a letter why doing as Trump asked, would be acting unconstitutionally.

It's not a direct call to violence. It's one piece of a puzzle that taken as a whole can be seen that way. The House managers have presented a very convincing argument.

If you falsely cry "FIRE!" in a crowed theater, and people are killed or injured is trying to get out, you are inciting a riot to get out of the theater, which caused the deaths and/or injuries. Similarly, Trump lied to the crowd, leading to the storming of the Capitol. He is guilty and should be punished.
