You are confusing let with want. I let some people talk to me even though I don't actually want to talk to them. Some women will actually let a man sexually harass them to a certain point, because they don't want to start a fight or conflict of any kind. If that man is in a position of power and can have her fired, then she might actually let him do some very obnoxious things. Just like many people will let their bosses talk to them in a way they wouldn't let their underlings do.

You are confusing letting with not minding. Many people will let their boss get away with some toxic behavior that they wouldn't normally put up with because it is their job, their career, and their ability to pay the bills on the line.

When you touch a woman, you will need some kind of consent that she wants you to do this, rather than just letting you to avoid conflict or to keep her job. That is usually verbal or with body language that she is into you after some kind of courting process. If you are touching women sexually without verbal consent or sexual body language, you are doing it very very wrong.

No, actually its bad seduction to explicitly ask when escalating with a woman. It often comes off as creepy. In courtship it is better to use the implied and read body language than directly state.

Instead what you want to do is read a woman's body language and use that as the key to escalate. What you first want to do is engage her in friendly conversation. You then start flirting and maybe even make the conversation more personal, sexual, and intimate. You should also be starting some non-sexual touching like on the back, hand, or arm. Maybe the leg later on. You should also try to get her on a date, or at the very least have a drink with her. When she is giving you tells or indicators of interest that she wants you to escalate, that is when you slowly escalate. You then get her to a private area and if the mood is right and she is acting ready and willing, that is when you start touching her sexually.

You don't just grab someone you just know from work sexually. Nobody likes that. The only reason they are letting you, if they do, is they fear negative consequences.

A groupie will often be very interested in a relationship with a celebrity but not all are ok with immediate sexual contact without any type of seduction or courtship. Some groupies will be so into you that they will be ok with it. The way you know who is who is by gradual escalation and reading body language. And the woman he was mentioning was actually married so that is a very big hint not to just start touching her sexually. In addition there is nothing in the transcript that this only applied to groupies, and it sounded like he was just taking about women he worked with on the show.

I'm actually a little skeptical that he had as much success with women as he claimed. It is well known he is a narcissist and will lie to puff up his image. He may have been making this stuff up to look like a bad boy, powerful and popular with women. I mean he had to pay a prostitute $100,000 just to get any action. But its disturbing that he fantasizes about this kind of behavior.

It is quite possible to know when that is. Sometimes mistakes are made, I guess, but mistakes do happen.
