I agree he said they needed to have extra security, was urging them to put in the request for the NG troops as were others at the DOJ, the FBI, HSA and DoD.

Why did the leadership at the Capitol and the Mayor refuse to put in those request and in fact the Mayor putting it in writing to NOT send additional security?

Mueller said Trump could be indicted after leaving office.... and that was a year and a half now... no indictments for Russia collusion against Trump..

He is an investigator... no where in our history does a investigator declare innocents.. his job is to declare a crime and pass it on to the AG , (refer prosecution) or not ... it was not and never will be his job to declare Trump innocent... that would make him a judge and jury. His statement has no legal weight.

His statement had as much weight as the Comey's "No Reasonable Prosecutor Would Bring Such a Case'"... Comey had no position to step up to the mike and make that statement as the investigator speaking for the AG... that was her (lynch's) job not his..

I'm talking what you are talking about Mueller and his report. The DOJ policy is only that you cannot SERVE and indictment to a sitting President. That is why and criminal charges found are in the report which is submitted to the Speaker of the House so Congress can consider to impeach and remove so they can be prosecuted. If they are not removed then the indictments are held until they leave office as happened with Clinton, why do you refuse to acknowledge that?

She was never charged because the Director of the FBI stood in the way of it in spite of the crimes he listed she committed. She held highly classified government information on an unsecured server, did so purposely and in spite of her knowledge of the law and national security issues. That was in violation of the law.

If you have Director Wray going on TV and listing crimes Trump has committed but says since he believes no prosecutor would prosecute him so he is going to stop the process let me know. The proper officials at the DOJ never issued a decision on the matter.

Mueller, the PROSECUTOR, not Comey the Director of the FBI, issued his report and it had no criminal referral for Trump.

No it wasn't. The Director of the FBI did not say that no prosecutor would take the case. The SP Mueller did not refer any crimes to the AG. The DOJ memo only says that an indictment cannot be served until he is either removed by impeachment or simply leaves office.

Tell me if the Secret Service were to find Jill Biden's body dead on the floor and they discovered it was poison and they assign a prosecutor to investigate, then that prosecutor finds evidence Joe did it. Do you really think he would never be charged with a crime because he's President. The prosecutor would say yep he did it but since he's President and can't be indicted right now he's off the hook?
