Because being critical of idiotic superstitions is American. Being critical and honest about what your country has done is American. Being critical and honest about what your country has become is American.

What I DO dislike are entitled losers who can't compete on a level playing field with other races, religions or ethnicities and spend their time trying to restore the "good old days" when just being white was good enough to succeed wildly, instead of improving themselves. It also doesn't help that these same people want to kill many of my friends, man, woman or child, but hey, I'm funny that way.

 

Unless he holds them to be equal - which would satisfy the "can't get more ..." part of the statement.
