It is significant that I do give a listing of what is righteous and what is evil, as it is not some vague or unknown mystery.

I get the message that America is righteous simply because we are Americans, and we are expected to be loyal and patriotic to the USA even when it is doing evil - and I reject that as that is just being an infidel.

Technically I am a Christian and not a Muslim, even though most Christian reject me as one of THEIR own, and even though I love the Qur'an and admire the Messenger that still does not make me a Muslim.

I am forever a lost soul and a "Lone Ranger" in my own faith.

The ones who really hate the USA are the American warmongers, and especially those who promote war against the righteous religion of Islam.

i keep hearing on the news about how mosques are being bombed
in fact these terrorists kill many more muslims than christians
hard for me to imagine any thing islamic about that

they are radicals and terrorists who happen to be muslim
they are not terrorists because they are muslim
islam is not an inherently terrorist religion just because you have these crazies who happen to be muslim

many of the people who operated auswitz were Christian
that does not tell us anything about christianity

1-The nature, message, and attributes of the God of Islam differ from the God that Jews and Christians believe in.
    http://www.answering-islam.org/Shamoun/god.htm

2-How can you say the torah is corrupted? The first five books of the Old Testament contain stories of adam and eve, noah, abraham and his family, moses, joseph, just like the Quran. What exactly makes it different and corrupted in your opinion? Do you believe the stories of God's actions in the Bible (like Caananites being wiped out, and the traditions God gave to Moses, arent true?

The OT has 17 long prophetic books. How is that "little"?

How did Christians change the Jewish stories? Christians believe in all of the Nevi'im books teachings and prophets the Jews believe in (just called by a different name.)

It is the world's most dangerous religion. Christianity used to be, until it became civilized.

When you cannot tell the difference between a religion and violent criminality, then it isn't a religion at all.

It is spreading in prisons, amongst minorities, because criminals are already violent, and here is a religion that justifies their future violence, committed in the same of Allah.

Islam will never "catch on" as you like to believe. For the world left it a long time ago, and the world will not regress into a mindset that belongs in the 8th Century. The sad part of this is, perhaps the only way the world will be able to deal with it, is by removing these people from the earth. For it is not a religion that can actually live in peace in the modern world. It really is an evolutionary dead end sir. Human intelligence cannot tolerate it unless it changes, which is doubtful, given the nature of it.

Just hope that the world doesn't move to the attitude that the only good muslim is a dead one. But it these muslims do not change, that is exactly where we are headed. Even a modern civilized people, can reach a point where evil has to be scrubbed clean, so that people can live in peace, without having to subscribe to islam.

Islam is an anachronism, and cannot endure, unless they join the modern world, and become civilized, losing the barbaric beliefs and actions. The modern world will not submit itself to a Theocracy, and if you think otherwise, please get some help. Secular help.

You sir, do not know what righteousness is. You think you know, but you do not. The Sunni hates the Shiite. Both are muslims. In fact, the conservative sunni believes the Shiite is guilty of apostasy, and should be killed. Righteous? LOL. A righteous man would kill no one, for the reasons these muslims are killing others.

You might consider yourself to be a Christian, but you are certainly not a follower of Christ, which is the only genuine Christian. Who do you follow? Your words betray you sir. I think it is rather obvious.

A bad tree is not hard to discern. For it produces bad, rotten, insect infested fruit. And such trees should be cut down and thrown into the fire.

I agree only with you that America should not meddle in the affairs of the middle east. And that we have helped to create what is going on over there today. We need to mind our own business, to clean up our own backyards. For we have our own deep problems that need to be solved.

Just differnt concepts of what is righteous, and what is not. Both ISIS and JP Cusick would consider "to dominate, not to be dominated, to impose its laws on all nations and extend its power to the entire planet" to be righteous

    Changed their relevance.

    Ephesians 2
15 by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations.

    Hebrews 8
13 By calling this covenant "new," he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.

    Romans 10
4 Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.(*)

    Romans 7
6But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.

    2 Corinthians 3
13We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to keep the Israelites from gazing at it while the radiance was fading away. 14But their minds were made dull, for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant is read. It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away.

Galatians 3 13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree."

23Before this faith came, we were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed. 24So the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith. 25Now that faith has come, we are no longer under the supervision of the law

We didnt create anything. It was always there.

But one cannot get around what Jefferson heard when he went with John Adams to wait upon Tripoli’s ambassador to London in March 1785. When they inquired by what right the Barbary states preyed upon American shipping, enslaving both crews and passengers, America’s two foremost envoys were informed that “it was written in the Koran, that all Nations who should not have acknowledged their authority were sinners, that it was their right and duty to make war upon whoever they could find and to make Slaves of all they could take as prisoners, and that every Mussulman who should be slain in battle was sure to go to Paradise.”

I didn't say changed, I said stole. The OT is mostly a carbon copy of the old jewish stories. The jews who cobbled their stories together from other older stories from other tribes.
What christians did was re-interpret them differently from the jewish religion.

The Pentateuch is shared as is.

I really don't know what you mean by this "cobbled" idea.

exactly what U said shows Qur'an is right
because by logical and reasonable explanations and deduction it can be proved so so easily what Bible said about God and prophets are wrong. how can U accept sth which is injudicious?
also all these book has been written by man and sth they are in contradict with each other that is another point that shows they have been corrupted

Hijab is absolutely for women benefit.
I emphasis!if ther be any this advantage about Hijab that is for men
Your culture changed a lot during the history....that is the reason.being obligated to cover is not matter.what women have been doing and what they had been wearing in action is important.obviously women and men have been more decent
    I explained about it.
the first thing that attracts men to men is women's appearance...Hijab can stop sick men to think about such thing!Hijab is like a shield.when U have sth valuable U wont put it available for anyone.women's beauty is like that.anyone can't ave it easily also as I said:
U see!U even can't recognize how much disrespecting is this!!because it got usual!humans value is not because of their body!!that is because of their personality!!I tolled U:" when a woman has Hijab she is telling to other men that U don't have this right to look at my sex.she says I AM HUMAN before being a woman.in this regard being a human is important not your gender.Hijab makes men to respect a woman because of here humanity values not because they want to answer some of their sexual needs! "
oh!!U think they really like that?!?!system mad them do it!!also I ask U if sb will to be harmed , killed , beheaded or... by some one else it should become a legal thing in society and logical system?!?!

I have been all over the Middle East and I have been to Iran twice.

Iran has a population where over 70% of all people are under the age of 30 years old.

The people of Iran....at least 95%....absolutely HATE the fact they do not have THE SEPERATION OF CHURCH AND STATE!!!

Women in Iran wear a head dress but they compensate for it especially younger much more educated women...by wearing very nice makeup and lipstick and when we talked with them they were very interested in anything or anyone that was AMERICAN.

The one thing they desired above all else is to not have to obey some ancient religious idiocy as they greatly resent being treated as second class citizens.

The Islamic ideology that it is important for women to be covered up in clothing because this might cause some men to not be able to suppress their sexual urges is A CONCEPT FOR CHILDREN!!!

If you are a man and cannot act with respect tward a woman just because she is wearing a pretty outfit and not covered up....THEN YOU ARE NOT A MAN AT ALL!!!!

Rather you are a LITTLE BOY....who cannot control their own emotions.

    Pathetic.

Of course, allah doesn't make all life sacred.

[2.191] And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from whence they drove you out, and persecution is severer than slaughter, and do not fight with them at the Sacred Mosque until they fight with you in it, but if they do fight you, then slay them; such is the recompense of the unbelievers.

[4.29] O you who believe! do not devour your property among yourselves falsely, except that it be trading by your mutual consent; and do not kill your people; surely Allah is Merciful to you.

[4.89] They desire that you should disbelieve as they have disbelieved, so that you might be (all) alike; therefore take not from among them friends until they fly (their homes) in Allah's way; but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them, and take not from among them a friend or a helper.

[4.92] And it does not behoove a believer to kill a believer except by mistake, and whoever kills a believer by mistake, he should free a believing slave, and blood-money should be paid to his people unless they remit it as alms

[4.93] And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his punishment is hell;...

    Only believers are made sacred.

    Nope.

How does this fit in with your "Hijab = Morality" rhetoric?

So, men become homosexual because women don't wear hijab?

Some people might as well type in hieroglyphics.

Says the guy who believes in a religion that condones all of those.

Kill those who persecute you. Self-defense. Seems reasonable to me.

I don't see where any of these passages condone the murder of nonbelievers.

"[2.191] And kill them wherever you find them...isnt about self defense. Its about making them dead.

Those are the passages that define which lives are "sacred" and they don't include the unbelievers.

Don't waste your time on Dixon. If God Himself came down and showed him the truth, he'd show Him the same cherry-picked verses that he' shown all of us here for years.

Um, no, it is not a concept for children. More so, it has nothing to do with not respecting women, as there should always be respect. The more revealing woman (or man) will cause greater sexual stimulation withing the man (or woman), which in turn will increase the chances of unlawful fornication. That's all there is to it.

    Understand?

Well, I cherry pick the verses that tell them who is to be killed and not to be killed. Just as the other poster cherry picked a verse that says who is not to be killed.

Both of you will have to understand that, generally, a single verse from the Qur'an cannot be truly understood all by itself. You obviously will never understand this.
