Of course Big Brother is the friend of Progressives when their guys is in office. They also talk tough with the military.

Then they wonder why those 'knucklehead' youth who defend them overseas don't like them anymore.

Obviously Rick Perry and Rand Paul have decided. They could have punted and forced me to decide. If you don't know where the line is, you can't be helped.

Well, I don't see what's so wrong with wanting the GOP to get rid of racism in their ranks.

Nugent should apologize to Obama for that despicable comment. When a person sinks to that level, they're no better than the person they're insulting. I sure don't like Obama, but that kind of comment coming out of Nugent's mouth is uncalled for and puts him close to the same category as Martin Bashir and his comment about Palin and defecation.......

Young Grasshopper, with all due respect, in spite of what the PC Crowd thinks and preaches, the GOP is no more racist than the Democrats.

I will extend that by stating that racism, in one form or another, has been a part of the frailties of humankind since Homo sapiens first stood upright on two legs and walked. We all have our prejudices and feelings of superiority toward some of our fellowmen. It is the nature of Mankind and it shall always be so. Most may not be willing to admit that as it makes them lessor in the sight of others, but 'tis indeed the truth.

We can strive against it within our own minds, finding a neat little room where it can be locked away like one one an unruly pup, but soonest of later, that door is broached and the little beast is loosed. He may be corralled again until the next time, but the next time will come.

Most here, Young Grasshopper, will be afflicted with the Terrible Not Me Bug and deny the truth.

I use my whip, chair, and loaded blank pistol every day to keep the beast at bay, but occasionally he is no longer afraid and comes forth to attack.
