You're outright lying about that and you know it.

You're telling me if a considerable portion of the nation was calling you a rapist without cause, you'd be calm and concerned?:banana: yeah sure Sparky. :phonecall: Here call someone who'll buy that ****

I guarantee you Kavanaugh said the same **** in private, just like every other man who has ever been falsely accused of rape.

    Here's another interesting angle.

Fairfax outright lied about the Washington Post's reaction to the allegations:

This was one of the first stories that broke in regard to the Fairfax-Tyson affair.

Why would Fairfax fabricate such a claim?

In light of this one can't help but ask who is the more credible witness here?

The Senate Committee staff isn't a credible investigative body and a week wasn't long enough for the FBI. If I had been in Kavanaugh's position, I would have wanted the FBI to have finished the job.

Second woman now accusing Fairfax of raping her while they were both students at Duke. Also VIRGINIA GOP STATE Senator Tommy Norment was the Managing Editor for the 1968 VMI Year Book which published numerous blackface pictures as well as confederate flag pictures and racial slurs against both Asians and blacks including many using the N word.

Oh, please. There were people the FBI didn't interview. As I said, if I had been in Kavanaugh's position, I would have wanted them to have had more time.

I'm confident the FBI is capable to pulling together the resources to investigate a rape accusation.

Geez, now it's on to Paula Jones? Egads.
    • There wasn't enough to condemn Kavanaugh. So far, there isn't enough to condemn Fairfax. It's good the woman spoke up. If there are more, maybe this will loosen their tongues.
    • Slick Willie should have been removed from office for lying under oath. If he had been turfed, my bet would be that our standards would have been high enough the freebooter in the White House would never have been nominated.
    • Trump has been accused of sexual assault by more than a dozen women. He should be investigated for that, too. The guy is a disgrace for a lot of reasons.
    • Hillary Clinton making all that money off cattle futures smells bad enough she should never have been elected Senator or served as Secretary of State.
    There you go.

I said at the time of Kavanaugh's hearing he should be given the benefit of the doubt. Time to move on from him and forget about Ford's accusation.

How would you feel if every time a similar accusation was made people dragged your name through the mud to score political points?

Good grief, and the calls for Fairfax's resignation are starting to roll in.

Looks like we could lose all three of our Flaming Dumpstercrats after all.

    Oh, boy.

Something tells me this won't be the last...

I didn't realize he raped this poor professor at the Democrat National Convention.

    Second rape victim comes forward

Meredith Watson: 2nd Woman Accuses Justin Fairfax of Rape.

“The lawyers say Watson shared the experience with friends but decided to come forward after Fairfax denied sexually assaulting Dr. Vanessa Tyson, a California professor who accused him of physically forcing her to perform oral sex on him while they attended the 2004 Democratic National Convention. The statement called on Fairfax to resign.”
We all know how difficult it is for these women to come forward after being so horribly victimized. The Statute of Limitations for Rape in MA, where the 2004 convention was held, is 16 years, so it's not up until this summer.

What is the point in bringing race into the accusations? Totally irrelevant.

No. Without a police report, the non consented assault both have the same merit.

I haven't read anyone not saying on the D side to not DQ Fairfax. Got some quotes? And if so, are they the exact same people wanting to DQ Kavenaugh? Or just a different group of lefties.
I know to you 1 lefty, all lefties, all the same. But that simply is NEVER the case.

You're trying to justify DQing Fairfax? While I am sure you were defending Kavenaugh. That is personal hypocrisy.
For, as I've said several times in this thread, it's he said/she said.

    According to democrats?
You mean you, and R's, don't think a woman saying no means no? I suspected as much, but are you actually admitting it?

And by the LAW, not D's, NO means NO. And any advancement after the NO, is sexual assault. With no police report or charges ever brought up, it is still he said/she said.

Ooh... and now a second woman, named Meredith Watson has come forward with a RAPE allegation against Virginia's young, Black 'rising star' Lt. Governor.

I have an idea that should prove fair to all. Let's have day-after-day, solid news network coverage of hearings, trials, and all the peripheral interviews, etc., with all those involved, including all the big-wigs in both the Republican and Democrat parties! Let's do it up BIG and splatter the airwaves with all the gristly, gory, viscous details about who stuck WHAT in WHO. :buggered:

No? Aww... no WONDER that all the same radical Democrats who were all set to defend Justin Fairfax 'to-the-death' have now walked all that back and are calling for him to resign. I HOPE HE DOESN'T! I hope he stands his ground and that we drag this thing out, day after day, until next Halloween! Just for once, let's get to the TRUTH of this matter.... Are any of you hyperliberal campfollowers game...? :roflol:

[IMG]."I bet I know ONE Democrat Millennial who won't be running for president next year!" :omg:

Sounds like the Kavenaugh issue again, hey.
Wasn't there 2 or more in that issue also?
Are all tRUMPers now jumping over and calling for the resignation based on allegations with no police reports filed? All those ultracon men campfollwers? :roflol::roflol::roflol:

BTW - did you have a point at all?

Did I have a point? Must I SHOUT it for you to 'get it'...? I'll say it again -- I don't (DON'T) want Justin Fairfax to resign! I do (DO) want there to be a full investigation, lasting all the way until, say, next Halloween -- or beyond! I want ALL the gory, colorful, awe-inspiring details to be mashed, slashed, and thrashed -- out in the open, where everyone can see it and hear it!

Why would anybody want Fairfax to resign? Why are all these liberal Democrats now suddenly changing their tune and calling for Fairfax to resign?! Why are these cowards abandoning him?!

Because they have morals? Do you think any R would ask for a R to resign?

Are you really interested in the truth here? Or just looking for possible political points? It seems you don't care about the story or who was or wasn't hurt. Just how it might be beneficial to Rs. A bit of a low reason for wanting it to drag on, IMO.

Plenty of D's called for Franken to resign. Although there was picture evidence and an admission by him.

That's YOUR opinion, Dairy. What danger is there is digging to the bottom of all this murk and letting Fairfax have the opportunity to DEFEND himself?! What are Democrats so afraid of all of a sudden?

This is especially true now, given the fact that less than six months ago, radical Democrats were frothing at the mouth to DESTROY Brett Kavanaugh without any evidence, without any proof. So -- we Republicans should be better than that -- we should be more civilized than that! Give Fairfax a chance to defend himself without being thrown to the PIRANHAS in his own political party! How could any loyal, justice-loving Democrat deny him that opportunity...? LET IT ALL HANG OUT! 8)
