Nonne in Trump world even knows where Korea is on a map, and could care less about foreign affairs and has no understanding of the long term implications of casually made decisions based on whims and little understanding (I give you Trump's repudiation of the Iran nuclear deal as only the lastest example).

And I doubt that he will consult with any of his allies before he casually committs to somethign without thinking it through or talking to anyone.

Trump instead TOLD the North Korean dictator under what circumstances there would be a meeting and then made it very clear what sort of consequences there would be if this did not happen.
