My brother's company is staying just under the requirements for Obamacare because the costs exponentially increase when they hire the next employee.....

less profit to hire one more

here, it shows small companies are not able to expand their business due to the 50 employee mandate of Obamacare.... my anecdotal example using my brother, shown with links....



why am I to think, using the above example as our precedent, that a business right on the cusp of becoming defined as a big business that has to pay the higher min wage, or small business that is allowed to pay the smaller amount for wages, won't cap their growth?

why wouldn't this same reasoning be used when crossing the threshold of big vs small business
