Clinton was never charged with sexual assault or sexual harassment or anything like that. In fact Hillary covered for him, along with other Democrats. And they still do.

This thread is about allegations of sexual misconduct. Your Steve King analogy is not relevant.

Racism and sexual harassment/assault are not the same sport, much less in the same ballpark. King's own words "convicted" him to the point where even Republicans could no longer ignore him ... something they did for years.

I really don't like doing this, but your comments are very biased, based on false information, and you are so rude in your manner of "speaking" to those who use actual proven facts that I'm forced to add you to my Ignore list.

FYI: you may want to stop calling other users liars. It's against the rules.

    Goodbye.

I never did. My nickname for Bill Clinton has been Mr. Smarmy since 1992. But then, I'm not a Democrat.

Also, Hillary's response to her husband's misdeeds is none of our business. It's their marriage.

I don't hear anyone on the right making much noise about Trump's constant cheating on all three of his spouses, so there is my whataboutism on that issue. It seems to me like you condemn the one, but not the other.

Clinton paid out to woman that was taking him to court over rape. Hillary attacked that woman. No one has done the same with Trump. He's been accused. But no one ever took him to court over it.

As for the cheating, I never cared that Clinton or Trump cheated on their wives. What two (or more) consenting adults do in their own bedroom is no concern of mine.

    Oh puh-leeze.

The right is always quick to point fingers at Democrats for cheating ... "it's about character!" has long been the cry, but will gladly ignore the same or worse for those with an R next to their names. It's blatant, pathetic hypocrisy. Maybe you haven't indulged, but most do. That's my very point on this thread.

Actually you've only heard from the most vocal. Most don't really care about cheating now a days. And probably haven't for the past decade. Its akin to the lefts screams about gender identities (they/them/zeh etc etc). Most don't care and think its silly nonsense. But to listen to the news or activists and you'd think the whole of those on the left think its an important issue.

I find it interesting you think Cuomo is being held to a standard. He's largely being given a pass by the media and most of the democrats, AFAICT. I guess let's talk again once he's been impeached and removed from office?

Sorry, but you havent put even a tiny pinhole in my point, which is that overall, in spite of over-the-top silliness in the PC realm, the left has more personal honor and less hypocrisy when it comes to holding their own to a decency standard.

If, as you say, people don't care about prominent men who can't keep it zipped and don't hold to solemn vows they've made ... maybe that says something about them.

That's false. How long did it take for Al Franken to finally be ostracized despite much of Hollywood elites knowing what he did? Clinton still isn't ostracized. Nor is Hillary for her part in attacking the women that accused him. For every Republican that you say isn't held accountable I can name a Dem.

Yeah, it says they have more important things to worry about.

    1. It's not false, it's my opinion.

    2. I think it says that we've collectively lost a chunk of our civility.

Well, you know what they say about opinions right?

Yeah, when both sides call the other sides the worst things they can think of without directly copying each other, civility was bound to go out the window.

I've been trying to get them to see the hypocrisy on this issue, with zero success.
