I never liked Romney. I always saw him for what he was. A phoney who says what people want to hear in order to get elected. He called himself a "severe Conservative" and he was the first who brought government run health care to America. But that just my opinion. Now that you have seen Romney in action. Do you still like the guy?
You got it all backwards. A successful businessman like Romney didn't get that way by being a phony. No, the phony/charlatan in this race is the Muslim-in-chief that is currently destroying America. Romney didn't bring any government healthcare to America. You need to separate yourself from the loony liberal talking points so as to get a clear picture to what's going on.
I despise Romney and didnt vote for him in the primary.....but I havent been as disgusted with his campaign as I thought I would be. ....with that said.....I will be crawling through glass and fighting my way through Black Panthers w/billy clubs this November to vote for him. . .
i will support him..anyone but obama..he has done more damage in one term than anyone could imagine..a total failure...has to go as fast as possible
I like him just fine. He's a little un-polished around the edges, but we've tried 4 years of sizzle and charm, and it hasn't worked out too well.
Romney never sold used cars....Romney created businesses from scratch. Obama never created or produced anything of worth.
A lot of people have a four-year-old case of buyers' remorse with Obama. But they will correct that mistake shortly.
We liberals predicted it all 9 months ago. You know, that Romney was the pre-ordained pick, and that he'd lose handily against Obama. And that most (but not all) of the Romney-hating Republicans would do a one-eighty and conveniently forget the way they were badmouthing Romney. What we really enjoy, though, is watching Romney's anti-coattails effect. We didn't expect Romney to step in it this badly, to be such a poison to the Republican brand. For example, even the Democratic senate candidate here in hard-right Indiana is polling ahead, after a Republican campaign of trying to tie the Democrat to Obama. I never expected to see that. Donnelly may not win, but the fact it's even close shows just how awful Romney is for the Republicans.
The question which should be asked is why anyone would vote for Obama. Romney is not the perfect candidate but any candidate would be preferable to a Marxist.
So applying your logic of the anti-coattails effect we can assume that the mass exodus of democrats in Congress in 2010 was due to Obama. Seems like you guys are in worse shape than the right is.
Did you predict the development of the Psychotic Party (i.e. a mix of Occupy Wall Street and the TEA Party) that intends on destroying everything and everyone that collects a government check?
My buyer's remorse is completely absorbed and dedicated to Obama, I've not left for Romney, whom I don't have any indication that he is anything other than exactly what he claims to be.... a sucessful businessman and conservative Politician. After four years of a Radical Socialist, we ( America ) could do far worse than a Conservative, Competent, Businessman.
The Tea party has no use for anything but their agenda: Less government spending Less taxation Less government in general It s not a psychotic nor a destructive agenda.
Republicans don't have to love their candidate. That's something that seems a little difficult for the left to understand since it seems like they must fall in love with their candidate to get enthusiastic about voting for him (or her). I didn't vote for Romney in the primaries, but he's the candidate. My relationship with Romney is purely transactional. I want Obama out, Obamacare repealed, and our spending curve to start dipping down.
